Ingredients

1.Beaf ( soft ) – 500 gram
2.Garlic chopped – 3 tea spoon
3.Olive Oil – 3 tea spoon
4.Curd – ½ tea spoon
5.Rosmery sauce – ½ tea spoon
6.Pepper – ½ tea spoon
7.Salt – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Make the beef into three pieces. add the ingredients from 2 to 7 and cook it for some time and then grill it in oven.

Sauce Ingredients

1.Onion – 30 gram
2.Rose mary – ½ tea spoon
3.Curd – ½ tea spoon
4.Demi glade – 200 gram
5.Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
6.Butter – 75 gram
7.Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon
8.Parceli – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Mix the Butter , parcelli, and lemon juice and keep it aside. Cook the ingredients from 1 to 5 in a sauce pan. When it get half cooked filter it. Add the earlier prepared mix ( butter, parcelli, lemon juice) into it and mix well. add the sauce into the grilled beef and can serve hot.
