White radish – 2
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Besan – ½ cup
Hing – one pinch
Salt – as required
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Peel of the skin and grate the radish. Add salt and keep it aside for15 minutes. After fifteen minutes take it and squeeze out the water completely. Take chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, besan, hing and salt in a vessel. Add required water and grind it to become batter. After that add squeezed radish and mix. Take little dough in the size of lemon and spread round by keeping it in your palm . Then put it in the oil and fry till it become brown colour.
