
Ingredients
1.Prawns ( cut into small) ¼ kilo
2.Maida – ½ kilo
Egg – 1 no
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Salt – as required
3.Onion – 2 nos
Ginger – 1 piece ( one inch in length)
Garlic – 3 cloves
Green chilly – 2 no
Coriander leaves – little
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Chilly powder – ¾ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Method of preparation
Take maida in a vessel . add required salt and water and make it a batter. Take the third ingredients and fry it well. after that add the cooked prawns into it and cook it by closing the lid. Then Pour the water used to cook the prawns into it and cook it till the water get drained. Take a dosa tawa and pour one spoon of batter in a circular way on the pan. Flip and and cook both sides. Spread the prepared mix on the prepared dosa and fold it. Then dip it in the egg white and cover it with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
