Fried Prawns – 200 gram
Onion – 2
Green chilly – 4
Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Fennel seed powder – 1 pinch
Coriander leaves / curry leaves – chopped into small pieces
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Coconut oil – 2 table sppon
Roasted rice flour – 1 cup\
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the prawns well. add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and cook it. ( if the prawns are big in size you can cut it ) Heat oil in a pan. Add onion , green chillies and fry . add garlic paste, ginger past and mix well. then add the cooked prawns and fry. Add fennel seed powder and grated coconut and fry . Keep it aside

Add the required salt in the roasted rice flour and knead it to a dough by adding hot water.
Take a lemon sized ball of the dough . Flatten it to a thin sheet Keep the prawns mixture in the middle of the and make it again balls. Cook the balls by Steaming it.
