Ingredients

Mutton Keema – 200 gram
Onion – 1
Potato – 2
Corn flour – 1 cup
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Green chilly – 32
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Take a pan and heat oil. Add chopped onion and saute. Later add mutton keema into it and mix. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly into it. add pepper powder, salt, masala into it. then close the lid and cook. When the water get drained add the chopped coriander leaves and mix. Boil the potato and peel off the skin and smash it. can add this smashed potato into the cooked mutton and stir properly. Dissolve the cornflour in little water and also add this into it. You have to careful that the water is not getting excess in the mixture. Boil oil in a pan, take some portion of the mixture and make it in the cutlet shape and deep fry. Flip the sides and fry. Can serve the cutlet hot with sauce.
