Ingredients:

Potato – 4
Cheese – 1 cup (grated)
Green chillies – 2
Garlic – 4
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Red chillies – 1 sppon
Bread slice
Salt – to taste
Oil

Preparation:

Boil the potato. Peel it off and smash it. Add the grated cheese and mix. Also add all the other ingredients except salt and oil & mix it well. Cut the brown thick sides from the bread. Dip the bread in water. Press it to remove the water particles and make it dry. Then using hands spread the bread. Put the potato /cheese mix into it and make it small balls. Fry the same in the kadai until it becomes light brown colour. Can use it with souce.
