Potato , Onion – 2 each
Tomato – 1
Palak – chopped small – 1 cup
Paneer – ½ cup
Green chilly – 1 or 2
Grated cheese – 3 – 4 table spoon
Oil – 2 table spoon
Butter – 3 table spoon
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Cut the onion, tomato and palak into small pieces. peel off the skin of the potato , clean it and boil it by adding required salt. On getting boiled put it in the ice water and then grate it.

Add salt , corn flour and mix it and make it into the shape of tart mould. Grease butter above the potato tart. Bake it in the oven for few minutes by keeping it in 180 degree.

Then allow it to get cooled. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly and sauté. Add tomato and palak and cook it. Take the filling and put it in the tart and can serve.

Above it add the grated cheese and keep it in the pre heat oven at 180 degree celcius. Bake it for 6 to 7 minutes. You will see the cheese melted above it.
