Rice flour ( which is filtered and roasted ) – 1 kilo
Jaggery – ¾ kilo
Grated coconut – 1
Ghee – 50 gram
Peanuts – fried and removed the outer skin) – 50 gram
Coconut pieces fried in ghee – 1 cup
Cashew nut fried in ghee – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Water – as required

Method of preparation

Take the jaggery syrup . add roasted rice flour, grated coconut and knead it. Add the cardamom powder, fried peanuts in the ghee, cashew nut and coconut pieces into it and knead it again and make a soft dough. Take the dough little by little and roll it. Then keep it in appachembu or a steamer and cook it by steaming. Can serve hot
