
Ingredients
Besan – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1 table spoon
Onion – 3
Aniseed ( karijeerakam) – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – one pinch
Salt
Oil
Water
Method of Preparation
Take all the ingredients except oil and mix together and make dough. The dough should be suitable for frying.
Heat oil in a pan. Take little from the dough and keep it in palm and spread it and deep fry in the oil
