1.Pappadam – 5
2.Onion – 2
3.Green chilly – 2
4.Ginger – one small pieces
5.Garlic – 2 cloves
6.Coriander leaves – little
7.Carrot – 1 – grated
8.Chicken – 1 cup
9.Oil – to fry.

Method of Preparation.

Saute the onion in the oil till it becomes brown colour. When it gets saute add ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, carrot and sauté once again. Then add the cooked chicken, little pepper powder and garam masala and mix. Then take one pappadam and keep the masala mixture inside it. then stick the side of the pappadam by using finger tips by touching little water . then fry this in oil.
