Ingredients

Egg – 2
Maida – 2 cup
(mix this with salt and water and make it like dosa batter)

To make Egg Pandam

Egg – 5
Sugar – 3 tea spoon
Cashew nut, kismis, ½ cup
Ghee – 1 spoon

Method of preparation

Take the prepared maida mix. Pour one spoon of maida batter in the non stick tawa and spread round like dosa and cook.

To make pandam
Take a non stick vessel. Pour ghee and add cashew nut, kismis and fry. Add egg, sugar, cardamom into it and smash it and fry.
Take the cooked dosa and keep the egg pandam in the middle and fold it into four and place this above on another dosa. Like wise prepare six layers and on top of it pour the sugar syrup and can serve
