1.paneer – 500 gram
2.cauliflower – 2 nos
3.pudina leaves – 50 gram
4.besan ( Bengal gram flour) – 500 gram
Chilly powder – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
Asafoetida -1/4 spoon
Appakaram – one pinch
Salt – as required

5. oil – 500 milli

Method of preparation

clean the cauli flower and cut into small pieces. Chop the pudina leaves and make it to a paste. Add the 4th ingredients together and make a thick paste by adding water. Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes. The add the pudina paste also. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped panner. On getting cooled take both panner fried piece and cauliflower piece and dip it in the basen batter and fry it in oil . Follow the same procedure for the rest of the panner and cauliflower pieces.
