Ingredients

Onion – 3 nos ( sliced thin)
Green chilly – 4 sliced long)
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Ghee – ¼ tea spoon
Garam Masala – ¼ tea spoon
Egg – 1
Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
Rice flour – 1 table spoon
Bengal gram flour – 2 table spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Salt – to taste
Oil – As required

Method of preparation

Mix the sliced onion, green chilly, garlic , curry leaves, garam masala, egg, and salt . Then add rice flour, and Bengal gram flour and mix well. spread the mix like vada and fry it in oil till it get cooked.
