Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup
Savala – 1/2 cup
Ginger – 1/2 tbsp (crushed)
Green chilly – 2 spoon (chopped)
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
Corriander leaves – 1 1/2 spoon
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to fry

Barger ingredients:
Maida – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Salt, water – as needed

Preparation:
Soak oats in water. Heat the mustard in oil and add savala to it and sort. Sort the mixture by adding ginger, green chilly, curry leaves and corriander leaves. Add salt and soaked oats to this and cook well. make the mixture into small balls. Add water to maida and make a dough, quite a loose one. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to this. Dip the balls into this dough and fry it.
