Netholi Fish – ¼ kilo
Ginger paste – ½ table spoon
Green chilly paste – ½ table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Peanuts fried and pasted – 50 gram
Tomato paste – 2 table spoon
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Besan – as required
Coconut oil – required to fry.

Method of preparation

Take the netholi meen . clean it and remove the bones. Then drain out the water completely. Take all the ingredients except coconut oil and knead it to thick paste like you do for pakoda. You have to be careful that besan is not getting excess. Keep this kneaded paste for one hour. Heat oil in a frying pan . Take little by little of the mixture and fry it in the oil. Can serve it with sauce and chutney.
