Nenthrakkaya Ripened – 2 ( you can increase the quantity based on number of persons you serve the dish
Grated Coconut – 2 cup
Shallots – 4 ( chopped into small pieces)
Sugar or Jaggery – as required ( if it is jaggery you have to make it fine powder)
Cardamom – 2 powdered
Ghee – as required

Method of preparation

Firstly take the finely riped nenthrakkaya or ethakkaya and cut into round pieces. After that take a pan keep it stove and heat. Add ghee , on getting heated , add shallots and saute . When the shallots get brown colour add the cut nentrakkaya and mix well. After two or three minutes add the grated coconut and cardamom powder , sugar or jaggery into it and mix. Then remove from the stove . on getting cooled can serve.
