Mutton – 1 kilo
Green chilly – 5 no
Bread crumbs – 2 nos
Onion – 4 nos
Ginger – 2 piece
Curry leaves – 12 leaves
Pepper powder – 4 tea spoon
Oil – as required
Turmeric powder – 2 tea spoon
Chilly sauce – 4 table spoon
Oil – as required
Salt and water – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the onion, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves into very small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add these things into it and fry well. Mince the mutton into very small pieces and cook it. Then add the fried ingredient, chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it. Then remove the content from the stove and keep it aside for cooling. Add the chilly sauce into the cooled mutton mix and knead it to small balls. Make these lemon sized balls into oval or round shape. Coat the cutlets with bread crumps . heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till brown on either side.
