Ingredients:
Roasted Rice powder – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Savala – 1
Ginger – 1
Green chilly – 2
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – as needed
Salt – as needed
Oil – to fry
Coconut grated – 1/4 cup
Water – 2 cups

Preparation:
Make a loose dough of rice powder, egg, savala, ginger, green chilly, coconut, jeera , curry leaves and sat. Add a pinch of soda powder and keep for sometime. Add oil in a vessel used to prepare unniyappam, pour the dough a spoonful. Take when it is brown in colour.
