Gram flour – 1 ½ cup
Long chilly Cut into half and taken out the seed – 5 nos
Salt / chilly powder – As required
Turmeric Powder , Garam Masala, Pepper Powder , ( if required)

Preparation Method

Take Gram Flour in a vessel. Add little salt and chilly powder along with little water and make the same into a thick batter . After that add pepper powder , garam masala and turmeric powder and again mash it well. Take a pan and heat oil. Put the chilly one by one into gram flour batter and deep fry in the oil. Mulaku Bajji is ready.
