
Methi is one of the best ones for good health. Though it is a bit bitter, it is rich in nutrition. many tasty snacks can be prepared with this nutritious ingredient. Here is a nutritious snack made with the Methi leaves.
Ingredients:
Methi leaves – 3 cups
Rice cooked – 1 cup
Green chilly – 2
Savala – 1
Gram flourt tur – 3 spoon
Asafoetida – a pinch
Chilly powder – 1 spoon
Salt – to taste
Procedure:
Add all the ingredients except oil and mix with little water. Keep this for some time. Boil some oil in a pan. From the prepared dough make small balls fry in the oil until it turns to a light brown colour. Serve with Sauce or Puthina Chutney.
