Fish – 500 gram
Kappa – 1 kilo
Onion – 100 gram
Ginger – one piece
Green chilly – 4 pieces
Dalda – 2 spoon
Chilly powder, coriander powder – one spoon each
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Curry leaves – one strip
Oil / salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cook the fish by adding required salt and remove the bones . Boil the tapioca ( kappa) by adding salt and remove the thread like portions and add dalda. Add onion, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well. add the crushed boneless fish and cook it till the water get drained. Take the kappa mix and make it round balls . And in the middle add one spoon of fish mix and fry it in oil.
