Potato – 2
Egg – 2
Fish – ¼ kilo
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – as required
Bread crumbs – one cup
Butter – one table spoon
Oil – to fry

Method of preparation

Take the fish which has flesh thickness. ( you can take aiykora, neymeen). Steam it and remove the bones from it and smash. Boil the potato , peel off the skin and smash it. take butter in a frying pan. Melt it. add smashed potato and fish, salt, pepper powder into it and saute. Add one beaten egg and mix well . press it. cut it into equal square pieces. beat one more egg and keep it in a bowl. Dip the fish cake in the egg and then dip it in the bread crumbs and fry it.
