Maida – 250 gram
Dalda – 30 gram
Meat chopped – 250 gram
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon
Onion chopped – 2
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ginger chopped – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – to fry
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Mix the maida with the salt . filter it and then mix it with dalda. Add required water and prepare a thick dough. Keep this closed for some time with wet muslin cloth. Take a pan add 2 table spoon of oil. Add ginger, garlic, green chilly, onion and fry. Then add the chopped meat into it. Add garam masala, chopped chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves, and mix it. Then remove it from the stove and allow it to cool. Take a small portion of the dough and make it a small round and roll it by using the roller. Then cut the spread one into two pieces. take one pice and then make it in the cone shape and stuff the meat mixture into it and glue the sides. Then put it in the heat oil and fry.
