Mathi / Sardine – cleaned – ½ Kilo
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Onion – chopped – ¼ cup
Green chillies – 8
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Coconut – required for fry

Method of preparation

Clean the mathi / sardine. Remove the bones . Take all the ingredients and make a paste in a mixer. The paste should not become fine. Then take a vessel. Put the smashed sardine paste into it and mix thoroughly. Then make small balls and make it in the shape of cutlet . heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry it . Tasty Sardine / Mathi Cutlet is ready.
