Natholi fish – 250 gram
ginger (chopped ) – 25 gram
black pepper powder – 10 gram
shallots – chopped – 100 gram
curry leaves – 10 gram
vinegar – 50 milli
egg – 1
rice flour – 75 gram
bengal gram powder – 25 gram
coconut oil – 500 milli
Method of preparation
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and fry it in oil. masala Natholi Pokoda is ready to serve
