Ingredients

1.Maida – 500 gram
2.Egg – 3
3.Green chilly – 3
4.Ginger – 2 piece
5.Coriander leaves – little
6.Pudina (mint) leaves – little
7.Cinnamon, cloves , cardamom, jathikka powdered – 2 tea spoon
8.Soda powder – ¼ cup
9.Ghee – 150 gram
10.Dalda – 150 gram
11.Sugar – 2 table spoon
12.Colour – one pinch
13.Cashew nut – 10 nos
14.Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
15.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

1.Take a vessel . add ghee, dalda, sugar, egg, colour and mix well.
2.Add masala powder, soda powder, pepper powder into the earlier prepared mix and knead it to soft dough
3.Add required salt
4.Cut Green chilly, ginger, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, cashew nut into small pieces
5.Make small balls out of the dough , roll it and bake
