
Ingredients:
Mango – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Rice powder – 1 1/2 cup
Boiled water – as required
Salt
Preparation:
Add mango, sugar, coconut and cardamom into a pan. When everything has mixed well, take off from the stove. Add required salt and boiled water to the rice powder and make a dough. Make balls out of it and fill the balls with the mango mix in the middle. Cook in steam.
NB : Jaggery can be used instead of sugar.
Eat the balls soon after cooking. The rice powder mixed in boiled water might get hard after cooled off.
