Ingredients

1. Rava – ½ kilo
2. Coconut – 1
3. Shallots – 4
4. Fennel seeds – ½ tea spoon
5. Salt – as required
6. Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Grind the coconut, shallots, fennel seeds, required salt in a mixer roughly. Add suji ( rava) into it and knead it to make dough like poori dough. Make the balls into lemon sized balls and press it by keeping it in pathiri maker. Then fry it. Ney pandal ready.
