Rice flour – 1 cup
Besan – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – as required
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Mix the rice flour and besan together and knead it by adding water as you prepare for Idiyappam. Then take a Sevanazhi and squeeze it in the shape of seva and then fry it. make sugar syrup. When the syrup gets thread consistency add the fried seva into it and remove and keep it aside.
