Ingredients

Maida – 1 cup
Suji – ½ cup
Rice flour – ½ cup
Onion – 1
Ginger pieces – 1 tea spoon
Green Chilly – 1
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Water
Oil

Method of preparation

Mix the Suji, Rice Flour, Maida, Salt . Add the chopped onion pieces, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves and also mix. Add little oil and water grind it in the stage of thick vada batter. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Take a small portion of the thick batter and spread it round in the shape of vada. Put this into the oil and deep fry it. Fry both sides till it become light brown colour. Madhur Vada is ready. Can serve hot.
