
Ingredients:
Rice – 1/2 kg
Shallot – 1/2 cup
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Ellu – 1 tbsp
Oil – 400 ml
Preparation:
Soak the rice and grind it. Grind well jeera and onion. Add the grinded mixture, ‘Ellu’ and salt to the rice powder and make a dough of it adding some water. Make small balls out of it. Make sheets out of the balls. Make this to the shape of a cylinder and fry in oil.
