
Ingredients
Rice Unakkalari – 1 ½ glass
Coconut – half portion
Ghee – 4 table spoon
Jaggery – as required
Water – as required
Method of preparation
Soak the rice for three hours. Grind it into fine paste without adding much water. Make the paste into small goose berry shape balls and keep it in a plate. Heat a pan and add one table spoon ghee into it. Keep the prepared goose berry shaped balls into it in row. Heat it for five minutes. Before it get fried too much pour the the jaggery syrup . close the lid and cook it. When it gets cooked remove the lid and spread the grated coconut. Remove from the stove. Kundalikka is ready to serve.
