Coconut milk – one coconut
Maida – ½ kilo
Sugar powder – 100 gram
Butter – 60 gram
Ghee / oil – to fry
Salt –one pinch
Egg – 1

Method of preparation

Take maida and butter in a vessel and mix it. beat the egg and add into it. also add coconut milk and sugar powder into it and knead it to become thick dough. Take a wet cloth and cover the dough for half an hour and keep It aside. Then make the dough into small balls . take a fork and press it on the balls and make mark. Then fry it in hot oil or ghee.
(If you don’t eat egg. Then instead of egg you can add the quantity of coconut milk.)
