Cooked chicken – ½ kilo
Green chilly cut – 10
Onion ( chopped ) – 150 gram
Ginger paste – 1 piece
Maida – 4 table spoon
Garlic cloves (paste ) – 5 nos
Coriander leaves chopped – little
Garam Masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – 150 gram
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger crushed, garlic crushed, and fry till it become golden brown colour. After that add the cooked chicken and garam masala and fry and keep it aside. Add required salt. Add maida and corn flour and mix . then remove from flames. Roll out the small portions into small balls and flatten it between the palms to give it shape. In a deep bottom frying pan pour the oil and heat it. Add the vadas into the oil when it become hot in medium flame. Deep fry the vada in the oil until they become golden brown . can serve hot with tomato sauce.
