
Ingredients
Koonthal – ½ Kilo
Onion, egg – 4 each
Tomato – 2
Green chilly – 3
Garlic – 8 cloves
Ginger – one big piece
Potato – ½ kilo
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Coriander leaves, salt, oil – as required
Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Method of preparation
Cut the koonthal into small pieces, add turmeric powder , salt and boil it. then add the curry leaves and fry it in oil. Take a sauce pan. Pour oil and heat . then add the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly and saute. Then add tomato and when it gets cooked add the koonthal and coriander leaves and mix and keep it aside.
Boil the potato and smash it, then add salt and knead it. then take little of the smashed potato and keep it in palm and spread it. later keep the koonthal masala on top of it and make a ball out of it. then dip the balls in the beaten egg and then dip it in the bread crumbs and fry it in oil
