1. Maida – ½ kilo
2. Suji – ¼ cup
3. Ghee – 2 tea spoon
4. Salt – as required
5. Grated coconut 1 cup
6. Cardamom – 1
7. Sugar – ½ cup
8. Oil – required to fry

Method of preparation

Take Suji , Maida flour and one tea spoon of ghee and knead it to make a dough like you do for puri. Then make it to small balls and spread it round like puri and keep it aside. Take a pan. Put one spoon of ghee. Add coconut, cardamom powder and sugar and mix it. heat it. after getting cooled spread this mix in the puri and place another puri on top of it and stick well both the puris. Then fry this in hot oil.
