Tapioca – 1 kilo
Onion – 2 no’s
Green chilli – 6 no’s
Ginger – 1 piece
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Egg – 2 nos
Bread crumbs, salt, oil – as required

Method of preparation

Cook one kilo of tapioca chopped by adding required salt. Then mash the cooked tapioca with the masher or grate them to make it smooth mash. Heat oil in a pan . add chopped onions , green chillies and ginger and fry. Then add ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder. In a bowl add this mixture , mashed tapioca, one packet of Magi Extra Taste Chicken powder, coriander leaves , salt to taste and knead well . Wet your hands and take a small portion of the mixture and roll it to become small balls. Then take each roll and dip it in egg white and bread crumbs and deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour.
