Tapioca starch – ½
Egg – 1
Grated coconut – 1 half
Sugar powder – ½ cup ( if required you can reduce or increase the sugar based on your requirement)
Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom powder – 3

Method of preparation

Take all the above mentioned ingredients and mix well by using hand. Then grease a vessel with ghee and then put the prepared mix on it and spread it with your hand. Then keep this vessel in the Idli maker and steam it for half an hour. On getting cooled you can cut it in preferred shape.
