Ingredients:
Raw rice – 1 cup
Biriyani rice – 1 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Small banana – 1
Jaggery – 500gm
Salt – as needed
Shallot – 2
Coconut pieces – little

Preparation:

Soak the rice in water for 2 hours. Grind well with jaggery. Add banana, cooked rice and yeast to this. Add salt too.
The batter should be loose as prepared for dosa. After one hour, in a cooker add some ghee and fry coconut pieces and shallot. Add 2 cups of the batter to it. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
