Ingredients

1.Mutton – 1 kilo
2.Fat of the mutton – 200 gram
3.Fried besan – 100 gram
4.Saffron – one pinch
5.Pepper powder – 5 gram
6.Cloves powder – one pinch
7.Cinnamon powder – one pinch
8. Cumin powder – one pinch
9.Garam masala – one pinch
10. Chilly powder – 10 gram
11.Turmeric powder – one pinch
12. Kitchen King Masala – 3 gram
13.Chat Masala – one pinch
14.Lemon Juice – of one lemon
15.Ginger chopped – 8 gram
16.Garlic – chopped – 8 gram
17.Onion – chopped and fried – 50 gram
18.Green chilly – 8 gram
19.Onion chopped – 60 gram
20.Ripe Papaya pulp – 40 gram
21.Cashew nut paste – 50 gram
22.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the mutton pieces and drain out the water completely. Add the mutton fat into it. Then add cashew nut paste and ingredients from 3 to 19 and mix well. Add required salt and papaya paste and keep it aside for half an hour. After that put the mixture into the grilling rod and grill it for 20 minutes in Cooking Grill. After that cut into kabab pieces and add the chat masala and chopped coriander leaves and can serve hot.
