
Ingredients
1. Kadukka – 1 cup
2. Onion – 1 cup
3. Green chilly – 3 no
4. Curry leaves – 3 strip
5. Coriander leaves – 3 stem
6. Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
7. Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
8. Biriyani Powder – ½ tea spoon
9. Sauf powder – ½ tea spoon
10. Salt – ½ tea spoon
11. Water – 2 ½ cup
12. Pathiri flour – 2 cup
13. Oil – as required
Method of preparation
Clean the kadukka , keep it in stove and boil without pouring water. When the shells get opened while boiling water will come out of the kadukka. Keep separate the water which comes out from the kadukka .
Take the ingredients from one to five , add one cup of kaudkka water and 2 cup of plain water and cook it. when it gets boiled add the ingredients from six to ten and cook it for four more minutes. Add 2 cup of pathiri flour into it and mix well with the masala. When the water gets drained remove it from the stove and add required oil into it . then make the rolls out of it.
