
Ingredients:
White Channa – 1 cup
Savala – 1
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – of 5 pieces
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander leaves – little
Salt – as needed
Sunflower oil – to fry
Preparation methods:
Soak the channa in water for 4 hours. Grind the channa well in the mixer grinder. Add some salt and keep for some time. Add other ingredients and mix well. Keep for 10 minutes. Heat the oil and fry in the shape of a parippivada.
