1.Kachil boiled and smashed – 1 cup
2.Bread soaked in water and drained and powdered – ½ cup
3.Onion – chopped – ¼ cup
Green chillies chopped – 3
Ginger chopped – 1 spoon
4.Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Fennel seeds roasted and powdered – ½ tea spoon
5.Bengal gram cooked – ¼ cup
Besan – ½ cup

Method of preparation
Heat four table spoon of oil. Add onion, ginger, green chilly and fry, then add all the powders and fry. When the raw smell goes put the Bengal gram , smashed kachil, and bread crumbs and required salt and mix and remove from the flames, then knead it to become dough and then make cutlets in required shapes
Then take the besan. Add the required water and make it to batter, then dip the cutlets one by one and cover it with bread crumbs. Then fry it one by one
