1.Kachil boiled and powdered – 1 cup
2.Bread crumbs – ½ cup
3.Onion chopped – ¼ cup
Green chilly chopped – 3
Ginger chopped – 1 spoon
4.Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Fennel seed roasted and powdered – ½ tea spoon
5.Bengal gram cooked – ¼ cup
6.Bengal gram flour – ½ cup

Method of preparation

Heat four table spoon of oil. Add onion, ginger, green chilly and saute. Then add all the powders. When the raw smell goes, add the Bengal gram and mix. Add the kachil powder, bread crumbs and required salt and mix. Then remove it from the stove. Later you can knead it and make the cutlets in required shapes

Take Bengal gram flour . Add required salt and water and make the batter. Then dip the prepared cutlets into the batter and cover it with bread crumbs. Take a pan and Heat oil and ghee equally .Deep fry the cutlets.
