Chicken breast – 1 kilo
Onion – 1
Lemon juice – 4 table spoon
Mustard seed paste – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin seed powder – 1 tea spoon
Saffron – one pinch
Hot water – 3 table spoon
Olive oil – 4 table spoon

Method of preparation

Grind onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper powder together. Soak the saffron in hot water for ten minutes. Clean the Chicken and make it into pieces. marinate the chicken with cumin seed, mustard seed paste, masala paste, saffron . keep it aside for 8 hours in fridge. This process is to make the masala stick in the chicken very well. Avoid freezer. After that take out the chicken and pin it in skewers and grill it. Serve hot.
