
Ingredients:
Rice – 1 ½ kg
Jaggery – 750 kg
Coconut (Grated) – 1 ½
Preparation:
Mix the Grated coconut and Jaggery well and keep it aside. Then grind the rice to make dough. Take a little bit of dough and make a small ball (lemon sized). Then open one side of the ball and stuff inside the jaggery/coconut mix and then mould to make the ball again. Then steam it as required. Kozhukatta is ready.
