Sprouted Bengal gram & green gram- 1/2 cup each
Urud dal & tuvar dal – 1/2 cup each
Garlic – 5 cloves
Vettila (leaves) – 12
Tulsi leaves – 1/2 handful
Curry leaves – as required
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – 8

Method of preparation
Soak the Bengal gram tuvar dal and urud dal in water. After getting soaked clean it. Also clean the green gram (cherupayar) and add together. Add ginger green chilly curry leaves and salt. Then grind it roughly to make a paste. Add the crushed garliic. Chop the vettila and tulsi leaves. Add the chopped leaves in to it. While choppong remove the stems of the. Leaves. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadas
