Potato – 4
Onion – 1
Milk – 2 table spoon
Corn flour – 4 table spoon
Butter – 3 table spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the potato. Peel off the skin and grate it and keep it aside. cut the onion into long thin pieces.add all other ingredients except butter and mix.
Heat butter in a pan. Take the potato and spread it on the pan. Cook both sides till it become light brown colour. Hash brown is ready.
