Maida – ½ kilo
Bengal gram flour (Besan) – 100 gram
Ginger ( chopped small) 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves chopped small – ½ tea spoon
Appakaram – 1 tea spoon
Curd – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Oil – For fry

Method of preparation

Add all the ingredients except oil in maida and grind it to become a fine batter. The batter should be slightly thick than the idli batter and keep it aside for one hour. Later take a frying pan and heat oil. Pour one spoon of batter in the shape of bonda into the oil and fry till it becomes golden colour.
