Ingredients
Wheat flour – 1 kilo
Water – 2 ½ cup
Oil – 4 table spoon
Salt – as required
Sesame – ½ tea spoon
Aimodhakam – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Mix wheat flour, aimodhakam, sesame seed, salt in a vessel and mix. Add one table spoon of oil and water and knead it to make a dough. Keep this dough aside for ten minutes. After that make small balls out of it . spread this balls round by using chappathi roller. Then cut it into long strips and fry it in oil. Can serve hot.
